We deliver across Egypt.

How long it takes

Orders arrive within two to four business days of being placed. Business days do not include Fridays or public holidays.

Delivery cost

• Orders above 3000 EGP — delivery is free.
• Orders below 3000 EGP — the standard delivery rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Warranty

A warranty is included on every order.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and an update when it is on its way. If you have an account with us, you can also see your orders at any time from your account page.
